If you would like to cancel or adjust your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. The order is sent for the shipment after 24 hours and once it is sent for shipment, adjustments cannot be made.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in ANY condition (used, broken, etc...) within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a full refund.
If you receive a damaged item, we can send a replacement free of charge, or you can return the item (at the customers expense) for a full refund.
If the item is lost during transit, or is not successfully delivered after 30 days from the date of shipping, we will issue a full refund, or send a replacement (customers choice).
Refunds take 1-5 business days to be processed on our end, and may take 2-10 days to be reflected on your statements.
