Returns & Cancellation Policy

Easywhite upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition.


If you would like to cancel or adjust your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. The order is sent for the shipment after 24 hours and once it is sent for shipment, adjustments cannot be made.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in ANY condition (used, broken, etc...) within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a full refund. 

If you receive a damaged item, we can send a replacement free of charge, or you can return the item (at the customers expense) for a full refund.

If the item is lost during transit, or is not successfully delivered after 30 days from the date of shipping, we will issue a full refund, or send a replacement (customers choice).

Refunds take 1-5 business days to be processed on our end, and may take 2-10 days to be reflected on your statements. 

Delivery Policy:

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details. 

Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days. 

We ship all orders from the United States of America, via USPS, UPS, or Fedex shipping. Please note that orders shipped via USPS takes 3-14 business days to arrive after its shipped.

After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in a timely manner. Delivery time is not guaranteed, and there may be delays due to holidays, the pandemic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
